You can also select multiple levels of security. When choosing support in the daytime you can always call or email us from Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
For further security you can sign a 24/7 Servicing Contract which gives you the possibility to get through to a consultant 24 hours a day. No matter what security level you choose, you are guaranteed that we start support and initial troubleshooting within 2 hours from your call.
When signing of a service agreement or servicing contract you always have a team of skilled consultants who are ready to respond when or if the need occur. To obtain the best collaboration we always conduct an initial workshop where we thoroughly acquaint ourselves with the IT installation. Together we define the guidelines of the agreement.
